Some Quick Meal Tips

1. Ask your butcher to trim and tie roasts for you.

2. Go for salad greens that don’t need rinsing, like endive or radicchio.

3. Do as much of the work as possible with your food processor.

4. Always keep frozen waffles, yogurts, cereal, and microwave items handy

5. Try cooking in a Crockpot.

Try Veggies
A great time saving tip for cooking is to skip the meat. Include some easy vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian burgers, sandwiches, or even omelets make great healthy meals. And they are faster to cook too.

Make Salads
Salads are cool, light, and quick to fix. They are especially perfect for summer nights.

Just toss salad greens in a bowl and throw in convenient add-ins to make it even more nutritious; for example: cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, dried cranberries, walnuts, cheese etc.

Use Pre-Prepared Gourmet Items
Visit your local whole foods market and look for some items like roasted vegetables, grilled salmon, chicken breast, grilled sandwiches, fried rice, etc;. Keep them handy in your kitchen for a real quick meal.

Microwave Your Meals
Everybody has a microwave in their kitchen. Dig out some real good microwave recipes to cook delicious meals in a jiffy. You will be surprised at the numerous options you have. Just nuke it in a microwave-safe bowls.

Try Good Old Fruits
Serving of fruit or a fruit salad doesn’t require high culinary skill or lots of time. It is as easy as rinsing and tossing. Plus, they add amazing color to your meals.

One has a lot to choose from-- raspberries, blackberries blueberries, grapes, apple, bananas and more.

Utilize Bottled Sauces & Dressings
Bottled sauces & dressings are some of the most convenient products available. Salad dressing, pizza sauce, taco, dipping sauces, chilly sauces and many more are readily available in super markets and grocery stores, just so you can cook fast.

Lots Of Lean Meats
Buy roast beef or roasted turkey, which are lean meat choices. You can also use skinless chicken breasts and whole chickens. One can also try seasoned grilled chicken strips. Frozen fish and shrimps are fast and easy to cook.

Before we wind up, you can also absorb extra info here. Defrosting meat or any other food item will save plenty of your time. Wash, cut, chop, blend all the veggies, or spices as required beforehand. Make sure all the ingredients you need for your meal are there in your kitchen.
