2. Taking In Liquid Calories
What you drink in your breakfast will play an important part in your weight loss. Glasses of orange juice or a frothy coffee drink may provide more calories than a plateful of food. Moreover, these liquid calories will not keep you full like real food does. So, avoid sugar-sweetened sodas, bottled drinks, and sweetened coffee beverages.
