Summer time is here and it seems as if sun is draining all your energy making you go weak in your knees. It is at this time summer drinks comes to aid, quenches your thirst and refresh you.

1. Lemonade (nimbu panni) - Nothing can beat the sultry summer quench then a glassful of cool lemon water with or without a pinch of salt or sugar. It protects one from dehydration.
