Ways to prevent and cure breast acne

• Take a bath as soon as you get too sweaty. The least sweat you stay, the better it is to avoid acne.
• A bath with lukewarm water helps de-clog the pores and remove dirt and sebum.
• Skin needs to be exfoliated using a cleanser or scrub regularly. Using an antibacterial soap too might help.
• Choose breathy lingerie, as anything that is tight or too clingy will cause you to sweat more and allow the sweat to stay for long, resulting in the sebum to accumulate in the pores.
• It is important to dry oneself thoroughly after the bath, to avoid any moisture to stay on your skin.
• There are medicated acne pads available in the market to help prevent breast acne.
• There are sebum absorbing sheets also available which when used on the skin soak off the excess oil to keep the skin of your breasts clean and dry.
• Tea tree oil is an excellent application to rid you off these pimples. Apply it before going to bed or before a bath for best results.
• Some remedies off the kitchen shelf would include Turmeric, tomato slices, juice of papaya and fresh garlic, all these help prevent acne.
• If at home remedies and over the counter prescriptions do not work, its time you consulted a doctor. Medicines are available for effective treatment of this problem.
• Certain vitamins like vitamin A and E help fight acne, by preventing its outbreak.
• Vit – A strengthens the skin tissue and reduces sebum production. It is a strong antioxidant and helps to rid the body of harmful toxins.
• Vit – E helps to repair damaged cells.

Always remember that this is one problem which will manifest itself into a bigger one, if not treated immediately and in its initial mild stages.
