Fight Back Germs: Wash Hands
Washing hands is such a simple and basic thing which most of us have learnt from our parents in our childhood. Till date everybody from housewife to doctors to researchers will promote this hygienic activity as it will not only keep you away from getting ill but also prevents spreading disease to others.
By following simple steps one can keep illness at bay:
Steps to wash hands:
1. Turn on the tap.
2. Wet your hands.
3. Take antiseptic soap, lotion or liquid in your hands.
2. Now, with both hands clubbed together rub it for around twenty to thirty seconds.
3. Rinse your hands under running tap water.
4. Use air dryer or paper tissue to dry your hand.
5. Use the towel to close the water faucet.
6. Throw the towel in the dustbin.
NOTE : Nowadays, antiseptic gel formula is available in the market which can be used to keep hands germ free. You can also use wipes. They must be used if one is not able to find water and soap for washing hands.

One should wash hands often as the disease causing germs on the skin can get transferred to the food items, to other person etc. and thus cause illness.
