In our craze or race for securing ‘happiness’, we are actually moving away from it. Life has become so mechanized that it is taking its toil on our health and wellbeing. And the results are obvious. More and more people seem to be suffering from a host of health related problems, courtesy stresses of everyday life.
It is high time that we took care to regularize our eating and living habits to live life the right way. A stress-free lifestyle seems to be an ‘illusion’, a myriad in the modernized and highly-mechanized society.
