As long as you are doing exercise the place doesn't matter, whether its home or gym. What's important is working out. You can easily turn your cozy home into a gym with following simple tips:
Push ups for chest:
Face a wall and stand at arms distance from it. Now, put your hands on the wall just outside shoulder-width apart. Bend your elbows and lower yourself forward towards the wall and than push away from it. The body must be stiff and straight during the movement.
Water weights:
Fill up empty plastic bottles with water to a weight that you can easily handle. With these water filled bottles you can do biceps curl, shoulder raises and other arm sliming exercises.
Stomach tuck-in:
Take a chair and sit in the upright position. Breathe out and at the same moment suck in your stomach. Hold your stomach in for two to three seconds. Breathe in as you release your stomach.
Foot stool
For having those firm buttocks, lie on the floor and place calves on the foot stool. Now, gently lift your hips of the floor while squeezing your buttocks together.
Walking Stairs
Daily walking up and down the stairs at least for nine to ten times will increase your heart rate.
Catch up a chair
You will need a solid kitchen chair for this. Sit on the edge of the kitchen chair with your hands on the edge of the seat. Now move in the forward direction and lower yourself with your arms, bending at the elbows for strengthening the triceps.
Stand in front of chair to do squats, (remember not to sit completely) for hamstringsdefine and quads.
