1. Take some cooling oil in a bowl and warm up the oil under hot water.

2. Pour small amount of oil in hands.

3. Massage scrap slowly/vigorously with fingertips in small, circular motion. Close your eyes and enjoy the sensation.

4. Apply little oil along the length of your hair.

5. Leave oil for half an hour to 60 minutes or for overnight.

6. For added conditioning you can wrap hot water towel around your head after oil massaging.

7. A soft plastic brushes are usually best for medium to fine hair.
