How To Use Condom?

The sure shot way of protecting yourself from sexually transmitted diseases is by using condom. However, for them to be effective, you must know how to use a condom correctly.

1. Ready to have sex, look at the expiry date of the condom package. Throw out the condom and take out new box if the condom has expired.

2. Wait till penis gets hard and open up condom from the package. This is important because some sperm can leak out of the penis during foreplay before an orgasm.

3. Place the rolled up condom on the end of the erect penis. Squeeze the tip of the condom to get rid of any air. Place a small amount of lubricant at the tip of the condom for better sex.

4. With the other hand, roll the condom down to the entire length of the penis all the way to the pubic hair.

5. Just after the ejaculation while the penis is still erect hold the condom at the base when you pull out. This will keep the condom from slipping off.

6. Carefully wrap up condom in to tissue or piece of paper and dispose off.
