We usually spend so much time looking after our face and hair that we forget about our feet. One may take out extra time for shampooing, conditioning hair and putting up lotion on the body but they don’t take out few minutes to scrub the feet. Thinking who will see their feet??? Right...wrong

What causes Foot Odor?

The reasons for foot odor are due to wearing shoes and sweaty feet. The human feet and hands has more sweat glands than any other part of the body. The feet has 26 bones, 33 joints and more than 100 tendons, muscles and ligaments.

The feet are trapped whole day in the socks and shoes and are not able to breathe and thus the bacteria work on them and causes smell. Than when an individual is on medication or there is hormonal changes in the body or is stressed than he will sweat more and it will lead to more smell.

How to prevent Foot Odor?

# Scrub the feet with the wash cloth as it helps in removing the dead tissues, bacteria and fungus.
