‘TeleRadiology Gurus’ (TRG) will provide teleradiology services to hospitals, clinics and radiologists across India, which includes interpretation and transfer of all imaging outputs like CT
scans, MRI
scans, digitized Xrays, ultrasound and nuclear medicine studies. It will make specialists like neuroradiologists, pediatric radiologists, MRI radiologists or musculoskeletal radiologists accessible to clinics and hospitals situated anywhere in the nation.
Teleradiology is the transmitting of radiological images like CT scans, MRI scans and digitized x-rays, using standard networking technologies i.e. internet, wide area network (WAN) or a local area network (LAN) and specialized software, from radiologists to clinics, or vice-versa, for interpretation.
“Chandigarh can be a hub of teleradiology services in the whole of northern India,” said Mr. Sham Kamboj, a veteran medical professional with eight years of experience as a medical services provider, and founder and CEO of the TRG. “We have built up a team of ten expert radiologists, who work at our high-tech teleradiology facility based in Chandigarh, to make it happen for us.”
“One thing that particularly impresses me is their infrastructural penetration in the remote parts of northern India. Even the far-off villages in the surrounding states seem to have been covered by them,” Dr. Ashish Garg, MD (Radiology), former resident at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, said about ‘TeleRadiology Gurus’.
He further said that with its widespread network in the northern states in place, TRG is in a very favorable position to spearhead the teleradiology revolution in this part of the country.
In its endeavor to serve the clinics, the community and the radiologists in the region, TRG provides personalized services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. “We stick to an extremely quick turnaround time of 1 hour and strive to expedite the deliveries in critical and emergency situations,” said Mr Kamboj.
Owing to an exceptional understanding of the nuts and bolts of teleradiology solutions, highly trained radiologists, vast network of clinics and hospitals, customer-friendliness, and personalized service, TRG is geared up to spearhead the transformation of radiology in the whole of India.
Constantly streamlining its procedures and services, TRG will endeavor to provide consistent, cost-effective and timely teleradiology solutions to the participating radiologists, clinics and hospitals throughout the country, Mr Kamboj further said.
With ten highly efficient radiologists on its panel and complete teleradiology infrastructure and technology in place, ‘TeleRadiology Gurus’ is poised to provide high quality and timely radiology reports to clinics and hospitals throughout the nation.
