Shed weight in simple steps!
Follow the famous old saying, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper." Means, don't skip your meals, eat 3 times daily.
1. Eat loads of fresh vegetables and fruits.
2. Drink a glass of water or two before eating your food, this way you will feel less hungry.
3. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of plain water daily. Fresh fruit or veggie juices, lemonade etc can be also gulped down.
4. Treat yourself with your favorite food once in a while, you can eat a small portion of it BUT don't over-eat.
5. Keep a record of how much calories you have consumed in a day.
Eat healthy, exercise daily and lead a active lifestyle.
