Time to Brush your Teeth

Everybody knows they should brush and floss their teeth regularly to maintain oral hygiene and fight against gum and tooth infection. And many do brush their teeth TWICE but still have one or another problem that is because they don't know how to brush teeth properly. Visiting dentist for proper check up along with proper brushing and flossing can save you from facing the dentist drill on the hands of doctor.

Tooth problem is one of the most common problems confronted by millions of people. Tooth decay is considered as the most common childhood ailment in children.

Following are the few tips for proper brushing:

Doctors recommend soft bristled toothbrush for brushing as they will not hurt teeth and gum and according to dentists one must spend at least two to three minutes daily for brushing.

Step 1 - Take a toothbrush and squeeze some toothpaste (containing fluoride) on it and than hold the brush at the 45 degree angle.

Step 2 - Now slowly move the brush in back and fro motion cleaning both the upper and lower part of the teeth.

Step 3 - Now using same back and fro motion clean all the inside and outside teeth.

Step 4 - Using back and froth motion brush on the inside and outside chewing surface of the upper and lower teeth at the back side.

Step 5 - Than brush the front teeth both inside and outside with the tip of the brush using up and down motion. Don’t rub it too hard.

Step 6 - Brush your tongue gently from back to front to ward off the smell causing bacteria.

Step 7 - Now spit out the toothpaste and wash with water and than rinse off the moth with the mouthwash.

Step 8 - Do floss at least once a day, preferably at night time.

So, if you want to keep your teeth and gums healthy and strong than brush and floss your teeth daily without any break and dazzle the world with your smile.
