Tone Up Your Breasts With Easy To Do Exercises

Our body is made up of muscles and toning each and every muscle to remain in shape is very important. Women are very particular about their breasts and the fact that they should remain firm. However, with age, breast feeding, sudden weight loss or improper innerwear, often breast muscles tend to slacken, resulting in a change in appearance of a once perfect figure.

Although, breast enhancement is impossible without going under the knife, it is possible however, to firm and tone the pectoral muscles to bring you back in shape.

• Breast development starts with the onset of puberty in young girls. The best and the simplest exercise to ensure proper development in that age is to stand straight on both feet, with arms dangling on your sides. Then slowly take your arms (keeping them straight and moving them together) above your head, stay there for a count of 10, then bring them down slowly, repeat this 10 times daily.

• The next one is a kind of push up exercise. It requires you to lie on your knees; arms extended on the sides and then gently push upwards putting stress on your arms and pectoral muscles with each repetition.

• This one you can do with your towel in hand. Hold your towel behind your back with both hands holding both the ends, placing it at waist level. Pulling both ends in opposite directions, first move one hand upwards straightening it over your head, the action will automatically require the other hand to fold behind you. Don’t forget to keep pulling! Stay there for a while and repeat the action with the other arm. This would not only tone your breasts but, the back too.

• Stand with your legs two to three feet from a wall and your palms on the wall. Slowly lower your chest to the wall by bending your elbows and then slowly push your body back to the starting position. Repeat 10-12 times.

• Take two 2ltr bottles of your favorite cola, fill them with water and your weights are ready. Holding the bottles in each hand, sit on a straight back chair, arms hanging on the sides. Now slowly move your arms upwards bringing them up to the shoulder level. Stay there for a count of 20 and then down again. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Apart from exercising massage is another good option for breast toning and firming. However, the authenticity and credibility of breast oils is still under doubt. Therefore, the best option is to go for a breast massage routine using coconut oil; it helps reduce stretch marks as well. While massaging, the movement should be from outwards to inwards and also in upward strokes.
