Stress

Based in my own experience, I'm usually stressed if I have lots of work to do with only a little time. I admit I'm not good in time management before, so I tried listing down some goals I need to accomplish and focus on that goals. Now I know how to manage my time and I'm now disciplined when it comes to time management.
Your stress will be reduced if you know how to manage your time properly.

Hi...u can reduce stress by following some simple tips like avoid giving in to alcohol, smoking and other substance abuses while under constant stress. While at work u can sit straight and comfortably on your seat, and try breathing exercises. It will relax your nerves and muscles. Relaxing and counting backwards (20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15….)will also help.

ABC of Weaning

Weaning is the process of gradually introducing the infant to solid diet and reducing the supply of mother’s milk. A fully weaned infant derives all its nutrition from solid foods and is off breast milk completely.
