Alzheimer's Disease

My grandfather has Alzheimer's Disease and he always complain that he got some bugs or mites under his skin when it fact, those are just some spots on his skin because of old age. He always pick on those spots he considered as "bugs". Thus, he got some scabs and tiny holes on his skin and I can't stop him from doing it.
