Anorexia

Hi doc,
I know someone who is anorexic and she always throw up after meals. she is anorexic for almost 2 years now and stopped eating. We made her eat again but she started purging...but we still made her eat; Yesterday she threw up again and there was a blood in it. Now, she don't want to eat again for fear of throwing up with a blood. What can we do to help her?
