Back-ache

I met a motor vehicle accident ten months ago...Soon after the accident i started feeling pain mainly on my upper back neck and arms. But recently I experienced the pain in my lower back and sometimes in my right side upper thigh. It feels like some muscle has been pulled and the back goes really stiff. After some days the pain vanishes but soon comes back.

Does anybody have an idea of what this could be?...and why would it keep coming back?

Have you had an MRIdefine

Have you had an MRIdefine done? MRI can show if you have a broad based disc bulge or a small disc protusion that causes your back pain.

bulging discs

Hi Aaryan! Maybe you have "bulging discs" in your lower back. I think you need to see a specialist to know exactly what's wrong with your back. For the meantime, I suggest you stretch several times a day and apply a heating pad before you stretch.
