gynecomastia problem

Hi Doctor,

I am 26 yrs old and having a problem of male breast (gynecomastia), which feel me shame, I cannot concentrate on my work, now my life goes hell and I don't know what to do. I searched on net and found that it is may be due to increased estrogen to testosterone ratio. And advices to contact endocrinologist, Is it true that an endocrinologist can help and can be cured without surgery and also please tell me how much it will cost me. Please advice.and in mumbai to whom I contact.
From internet I cam e to know to take Nolvodex medicine, it will reduce it, Should I purchase and start taking it, please advice.
