Help with depression

I am feling too low nwadays, dnt fel lik geting out of bed, going to wrk or even watching tv (its my fav pastime). All i wnt is to lay in bed d do nthing. Am i going into depression?

I can't really tell if you're having depression. For me, it sounds like you're just having some changes in your hormones. Some women may get tired and lazy before their period comes. Maybe you're just having hormonal imbalance. But it's only you who can tell...do you really feel it is depression? I think it's not.

If you're feeling low for more than 2 weeks, I suggest you see a psychiatrist as it may indeed be depression.

sadness is not depression

u know calling sadness as depression is not justified. everybody has ups n downs in life and if something happen that is traumatic or stressful then people have these kind of feelings. but if one has low mood phase continually for more than two weeks then its called depression and if somebody has this kind of low mood phase then there is a need to meet psychologist or psychiatrist.they will help you to overcome depression. also there are other symptoms persisting in depression like sleeping disturbances, apetite problems, social withdrawl etc.

Now you have to take care of yourself and there are certain things that you shoul follow
1. Try not to sit much alone if you will sit alone then you may have negative thoghts so be with your famiy friends.

2. Use distraction Techniques,whenever you feel low try to do thins that you like to do that may be anything like listening music,reading or anything which can distract your mind

3. Meditation and walking(morning or evening)also helps to overcome.

Depression

hmmm...vat i think is tat u are having winter depression...am i rite??? Now wethr its depression or winter depression tat u have to c...y dont u c a psychologist who can help u out. If its winter depression thn try to spend more time out as due to lack of sunlight we tend to feel depressed. U can go for lite therapy bt bef tat y not get some real help.
