I am really stressed out due to extra load at work. I feel irritated and gets hyper on small small matters. How can i cope with extra stress that i have to face everyday at work? Any solutions??

You can keep small juggling

You can keep small juggling balls or a yo-yo in your office and play with them when you take a break [;)] Doing something playful gives you a fresher, more creative point of view.

Write the things down that

Write the things down that you have to do...as simple. Make your to-do list and remember you don't have to do all the things at once. take short breaks in between your work.

Hi...u can reduce stress by following some simple tips like avoid giving in to alcohol, smoking and other substance abuses while under constant stress. While at work u can sit straight and comfortably on your seat, and try breathing exercises. It will relax your nerves and muscles. Relaxing and counting backwards (20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15….)will also help.
