I am really stressed out due to extra load at work. I feel irritated and gets hyper on small small matters. How can i cope with extra stress that i have to face everyday at work? Any solutions??
Make a list of your daily routine and stick to it...otherwise, your workload will pile up and you will find yourself working overtime for your unfinished work. Thus, it will result to stress.
Based in my own experience, I'm usually stressed if I have lots of work to do with only a little time. I admit I'm not good in time management before, so I tried listing down some goals I need to accomplish and focus on that goals. Now I know how to manage my time and I'm now disciplined when it comes to time management.

Write the things down that you have to do...as simple. Make your to-do list and remember you don't have to do all the things at once. take short breaks in between your work.

While at work u can sit straight and comfortably on your seat, and try breathing exercises. It will relax your nerves and muscles. Relaxing and counting backwards (20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15….)will also help.
