If u want to loose weight 'jogging is best' but if you are overweight or a beginner don't straightaway jump to jogging as you don't want to get a knee problem or back ache. Start with brisk walking and after sometime when you think your stamina has increased you can start jogging but remember don't push yourself too hard.
