Ovarian Cancer

I had a lumbar and pelvic MRI exam. I had the result today and the doctor found a 4cm cyst in my left ovary.
I am experiencing pelvic pain, urinary retention, bloating, gas pain and I can easily get full even if I only eat a little. I am scheduled to have a pelvic ultrasound, bloodwork and urine test. I'm afraid I may be having ovarian cancer. What do you guys think?
