I have been noticing that my after slump is getting worse these days. My body feel so tired and sleepy after having my lunch and it swings my mood to lazzy and frustrated. I am not able to concentrate on my work. How it can be treated?

Afternoon slump can lead to poor productivity so don't casually dismiss it. First of all you need to figure it out the reason behind this whether its because of poor sleep or bad health be the reason. Here you can use some energy boosters to recharge yourself. Take a rapid 10-15 minutes walk which will raises your energy. You can start doing some interesting activity that can reattain your focus and concentration. Drink lot of water throughout the day to keep your body efficiently. Take a break and share you jokes with your co-worker and share a laugh or two with them that will also revitalize you.
