Mood Swing

My mood change rapidly and extremely. One second i feel happy and agreeable and in other second my mood changes to angry and frustrated. I don't know what to do? Can anyone suggest me???

It's very difficult to pin point specific cause for mood swing, it can be harmonal changes or chemical imbalance. Can try meditation it is the best way to cope with mood swing and reduce stress levels. Try to change little your lifestyle like exercise regularly, spend time with friends and loved ones. All this will help you alot.
