Cheshire, Connecticut, January 7: Prescription pills were found in a cake served at the home for the disabled at Cheshire, leading to a prompt investigation by the State Police.

According to the Connecticut Department of Development Services, an employee noticed a small pill in the cake when it was being served to inmates. A thorough search revealed more pills at the bottom of the cake.
