The study, published in the US journal ‘Pediatrics,’ have found that pre-teens who devote more than two hours per day for watching television (TV) or playing video games face more psychological problems, ranging from emotional issues to hyperactivity or conduct challenges, than kids spending a lesser time.

The study, as opposed to previous studies, even observed that increasing child’s physical activity may not work as an antidote, and suggests a curb on the screen time of youngsters to ensure a better future health and well-being.

The findings suggest that while small children are able to figure out duplicity of information, they're primed to believe things they're told.
