If you think you can grab a girl's attention only by killer looks, wake up. A new study delving into the women psychology states that their ideal man should be rich and successful above all other things.

The study, which was drawn from data provided by female members of match.com, the UK's largest online dating firm, found that women are attracted to men with huge bank balance and status.

“Success is sexy, and a man who has reached the level of manager will be seen as having responsibility, ambition and maturity,” the Daily Mail quoted Kate Taylor, of match.com, as saying.

The average male calls in sick for 40 days during their career compared with 189 days of sickness absence for women.

Despite the suffering, women are more likely to "try their hardest to make it to their desk" and "feel guilty" if they succumb to illness.

Key findings
For the study purpose, the researchers quizzed 1000 men and 1000 women about their attitude towards feeling sick and taking time off work, and drew gender comparisons.
