Form-fitting leggings might be your wardrobe favorite to a night-out, but the latest fashion trend can add oodles of pounds to your near perfect svelte figure.
Experts warn that leggings can make the muscles ‘lazy’ and can result in flabby stomachs and wobbly legs, the Daily Mail reports.
Sammy Margo, a chartered physiotherapist based in north-west London, said, “Leggings feel good and look great and I am as addicted to them as anyone, but there is a downside.
“They hold in and support the quadriceps (thigh muscles), buttocks and core muscles in your tummy, and do the job the muscles are supposed to do.
