According to renowned celebrity trainer from Australia, those adopting a low-fat diet were in for a disappointment as they may still not be able to lose weight.

James Duigan, who has a huge celebrity clientele, has released his second book ‘Clean & Lean: Flat Tummy Fast!’ and it gives readers a glance into losing weight without a fat-free diet.

Duigan said, "I see so many people trying their best and it's just not working because they don't understand that it's not fat that makes you fat, it's sugar and it's carbohydrates."
