Themedguru: What are the important things to note for the first time mothers?
Dr. Agrawal:
Mothers need to be educated or motivated about the right ways to breastfeed since conception. During the pre-natal period, specifically the last three months of pregnancy, they should be told about the benefits of breastfeeding and the practical aspects involved as most of them are not aware of these.

Q -1: What are the rules of thumb for a layman to take care of his heart?
Dr. Shetty 1. Diet - Less of carbohydrate, more of protein, less oil.
2. Exercise - Half an hour's walk, at least five days a week; avoid lifts and avoid sitting for a longtime.
3. Quit smoking.
4. Control weight.
5. Control blood pressure and sugar.
