Specialists at the CEU-Cardenal Herrera University discovered that the three-month-old puppy had what is called cryptorchid testicles (outside the scrotum) during her visit to a veterinarian for a routine vaccination.

Tana’s sex chromosomes said she was female-males have one X and one Y while females have two X chromosomes, but she had cryptorchid testicles, which made her male.
