Tips for Hair Loss Prevention

Since monsoons are round the corner, you might see strand of your hair everywhere. Losing 50 to 100 hairs in a day is normal but if you are losing them in access, here are some tips to protect your valued follicles:

• Eat a healthy diet and nutritious food that will keep your hair strong and healthy.

• Wash your hair with a mild shampoo when coming out of a pool that will help to remove the chlorine from your hair.

• Avoid using hair gels or creams deeper into your head.

• When using a Hair Dryer make sure you don’t apply it deeper.

• Avoid using harsh chemicals (like hair coloring, etc.).

• Always carry an umbrella with you, in case you need it.

• When going out in hot sun use a cap to prevent the heat.
