Asthmatics - Be extra careful

Asthmatics should be extra precautions regarding their health. Must avoid perfumes, always keep in hand your asthma medicine or inhaler, avoid smoking, know what triggers your asthma and get rid of those things from both home and office. Never lie down when you have ashtma attack but try to sit up.
