Tip to boost up Hemoglobin level

Take 1 raisin, soak it for whole night and in the morning boil it in a cup of milk, drink milk and eat raisin. Next night soak 2 raisins and do same in the morning. Go it like 3, 4,5,6,7,8 and when you reach at 9 raisins start in decreasing order like 8,7,6,5,4,3,2 and finally 1 raisin. When you complete 18 days it is surely gonna raise your hemoglobin level.
